Tweaks - Check the checkbox on the left of the tweak if you want to use that tweak.
	Flip Profile Switches all the tables from left to right.
	Hide Friends This will hide your friends sections including all your friends.
	Hide Contact Table This will hide the contact table that contains the following links: Send Message, Add to Friends, etc.
	Hide Bottom Links This will hide the bottom links: About, FAQ, Terms, Privacy, Safety Tips, etc.
	Hide Add Comment Link This will only hide the "Add Comment" link under the comments.
	Hide Extended Network & Blogs This will hide the extended network banner.
	Hide Extended Network This will hide the extended network only.
	Hide Latest Blogs This will hide the latest blog entry section only.
	Hide About Me Section This will hide the about me and who id like to meet section.

This creates a banner at the top of your page, your banner shouldn't be anymore than 800px wide and you can change the height above to know how far to move your profile down. If you can't find your images height, right click on it and go to properties, the height will be there.

If you want to make your profile/layout tiny then just check the checkbox on top, or for a better version, in the tab "Tables" click under layout styles "Skinny". The above image width and height you can change to change the box size of your friends pictures on your comments and top friends, and you can also change the width of your skinnyness under table width.
