You, as a user are solely responsible for your actions when using the Service.

6. TERMINATION
You agree that Trixinity.net, in its sole discretion, may terminate or ban your ip address, host, or email, for any reason, including and without limitation, the lack of use, or if Trixinity.net believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the TOS. Trixinity.net may also in its sole discretion and at any time, discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. Trixinity.net reserves the right to bar any further access to such files or the content. You agree that Trixinity.net shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service.

Trixinity.net, or relevant third parties, may provide links to other web sites or resources. Because Trixinity.net has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that Trixinity.net is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources.
Guidelines for donating content:
(1) Any Content posted to Trixinity.net in any way, is the responsibility and property of the author, unless created or purchased by the owner of Trixinity.net.
(2) Trixinity.net claims no ownership or control over any Content donated by its users. The author retains all patent, trademark, and copyright to all Content posted within available fields, and is responsible for protecting those rights, but is not entitled to the help of the Trixinity.net staff in protecting such content;
(3) Trixinity.net and its designates shall have the right (but not the obligation) on their sole discretion to remove any Content that is available through Trixinity.net. You agree that you must bear all risks associated with, the use of any content, including any reliance on the accuracy, or usefulness of such content.
8. DONATORS AND DESIGNERS FOR TRIXINITY.NET
Trixinity.net's primary intent is to provide high quality, community driven on-line content. To achieve this goal, Trixinity.net has donaters and designers who are often called upon to perform a variety of content, including, but not limited to the creation of web-based content (HTML, PHP, JPG, PNG, GIF and other formats), graphic design, managing electronic data libraries and/or databases, technical support, legal assistance, administration, management, content creation, promotions, or other assignments, as needed. All donaters and volunteers are expected to be of legal age, or volunteering with the consent of a legal parent or guardian.
If laws prevent such assignment, the volunteer and/or donator grants a perpetual world wide irrevocable license to Trixinity.net to use said content. If laws prevent such licensing, the volunteer agrees never to sue Trixinity.net for the use of said content.
The donator certifies that any electronic data he/she submits is his/her work and that to the best of the donator's knowledge, the electronic data is not claimed by another. Trixinity.net will provide sufficient tools, training and direction to the donator as necessary to accomplish mutual goals. The donator agrees to insure that any work provided is correct, error free and does not contain any inflammatory language, indecency or obscenities. Furthermore, if said work is found to be illegally presented or claimed, Trixinity.net will remove such material and, at Trixinity.net's discretion, seek action against the individual(s) from which the work originated.
Without the expressed written confirmation to the contrary, all Trixinity.net positions are assumed to be taken without pay or future consideration.
9. DISCLAIMER
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:
(a) YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
(b) Trixinity.net MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT
(i) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS
(ii) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
(iii) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS
(iv) ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.
(c) ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.
10. LIABILITY
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT Trixinity.net SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF TRIXINITY.NET HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM:
11. LEGAL INFORMATION
The TOS constitutes the entire agreement between you and Trixinity.net and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Trixinity.net (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the TOS). The laws of CANADA, shall govern the TOS and the relationship between you and Trixinity.net. without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The failure of Trixinity.net to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the TOS shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
If any provision of the TOS is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the TOS remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the TOS must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

(c) ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.
10. LIABILITY
