Scrollbars
This is a tutorial to teach you how to make your own scrollbar using the colors of your choice. It's really simple and you can use it on any page.
1. Add this CSS code anywhere in between the <HEAD></HEAD> tags of your page:

2. Just fill in where it says COLOUR with the
